This includes an excerpt from the four Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) lists
that circulate on the Internet.  Interest was recently expressed on Compuserve
for its own equivalent FAQ and these are provided to jump start that process.

There is a changing of the gaurd of the Internet FAQ maintainers for VB-WIN
right now, so I removed all (hopefully) of the references to the old maintainers.
Until I can determine who the new maintainers are, please limit your commentary
